Spaghetti

  1. Beef cut into thin strips 1/2 kg
  2. Papaya paste 1/2 cup
  3. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  4. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  5. Oil 2 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. For Salad:
  8. Boiled spaghetti 200 gm
  9. Lettuce 4-5
  10. Tomatoes 2
  11. Cucumber 1 large
  12. For Dressing:
  13. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  14. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  15. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  16. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  17. Olive oil 3 tbsp
  18. Salt to taste

Recipe

  1. For Marination: Apply papaya paste, black pepper, soya sauce and salt to beef steaks and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated beef.
  3. When the beef is cooked through, remove.
  4. For Dressing: Mix Soya sauce with lemon juice, black pepper powder, chopped garlic, olive oil and salt in a large bowl.
  5. For Assembling: Slice the tomatoes and lettuce leaves into strips and add them to the salad dressing bowl and mix well.
  6. In a serving platter, add a layer of boiled spaghetti, a layer of the salad and finally a layer of the cooked beef.
  7. The dinner bowl is ready to serve.
