Spaghetti
- Beef cut into thin strips 1/2 kg
- Papaya paste 1/2 cup
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- For Salad:
- Boiled spaghetti 200 gm
- Lettuce 4-5
- Tomatoes 2
- Cucumber 1 large
- For Dressing:
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Recipe
- For Marination: Apply papaya paste, black pepper, soya sauce and salt to beef steaks and refrigerate for an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated beef.
- When the beef is cooked through, remove.
- For Dressing: Mix Soya sauce with lemon juice, black pepper powder, chopped garlic, olive oil and salt in a large bowl.
- For Assembling: Slice the tomatoes and lettuce leaves into strips and add them to the salad dressing bowl and mix well.
- In a serving platter, add a layer of boiled spaghetti, a layer of the salad and finally a layer of the cooked beef.
- The dinner bowl is ready to serve.
