Chicken Mince Pilau
- Rice 250 grams (soaked)
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- All spice 1 tbsp (whole)
- Salt 2 tsp
- Water as required
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion 1 (sliced)
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Mint 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Recipe
- Boil rice with Sabet garam masala, 1 tsp salt and water.
- Now heat oil in pan, add onion and fry till color becomes golden brown.
- Then add chicken mince, 1 tsp salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and ginger garlic paste, cook for five minutes.
- Now add yogurt and Garam masala powder and mix well.
- Then add boiled rice, mix well and leave on steam for a while.
- Finally sprinkle onion, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves and serve.
