Chicken Pizza


Double Pan Pizza

    For Dough:
  1. Plain flour 4 cup
  2. Yeast 2 tbsp
  3. Egg 1
  4. Milk powder 3 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Sugar 1 tbsp
  7. Onion seed 1 pinch
  8. Luke Warm water or milk 2, 1/2 cup
  9. Fresh coriander 1 tsp
  10. Crushed red chili 2 pinch
  11. For Topping:
  12. Chicken (cubed) 1 cup
  13. Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  14. Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  15. Garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  16. Salt 1 tsp
  17. Black pepper 1 tsp
  18. Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
  19. Onion 1 cup
  20. Mozzarella cheese 1 pack
  21. Mushroom 8
  22. Capsicum 1
  23. For Pizza Sauce:
  24. Tomato paste 2 cup
  25. Garlic 2 tbsp
  26. Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  27. Sugar 2 tbsp
  28. Cooking oil 4 tbsp
  29. Green coriander 2 tbsp

Recipe

  1. For pizza Sauce: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add all other sauce ingredients and mix well. Cook on medium flame.
  3. For Topping: In another pan, heat oil, sauté garlic.
  4. Add chicken to the pan and fry.
  5. Add red chili, onion seed and black pepper, saute.
  6. For Dough: In a bowl combine flour, green coriander, milk powder, yeast, and sugar, salt, crushed red chili, and egg and mustard
  7. seed. Mix well.
  8. Using required warm water or warm milk, properly knead the dough.
  9. Leave aside for 45 minutes.
  10. In a simple frying pan, spread the pizza dough. Cover the pan with the lid and cook the dough.
  11. Press it a little bit with a cloth like chapatti, to cook properly.
  12. When it starts rising/cooking, turn it over and cover the cooked side with pizza sauce.
  13. Place chicken, onion, capsicum and cheese etc on the top, cover the pan again and let it cook.
  14. When cheese melts and pizza is ready, serve hot.

Chicken Fajita Pizza

  1. Chicken 300gm
  2. Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  3. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  4. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  5. Salt ½ tsp
  6. Black pepper 1 tsp
  7. Garlic 1 tsp
  8. For Topping:
  9. Pizza sauce 1 cup
  10. Black olives 10
  11. Mushrooms 1 cup
  12. Capsicum 1 (Any color you like)
  13. Tomatoes 1
  14. Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  15. Oregano ½ tsp
  16. Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  17. For Dough:
  18. Plain flour 1-1/2 cup
  19. Egg 1
  20. Yeast 1 tbsp
  21. Sugar 1 tbsp
  22. Salt ½ tsp
  23. Oil 2 tbsp
  24. For Pizza Sauce:
  25. Tomato paste 1 (6 ounce) can
  26. Water 1 1/2 cups
  27. Olive oil 1/3 cup (extra virgin)
  28. Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
  29. Salt to taste
  30. Black pepper to taste (ground)
  31. Oregano 1/2 tbsp (dried)
  32. Basil ½ tbsp (dried)
  33. Dried rosemary ½ tsp (crushed)

Recipe

  1. Fry the chicken with little oil.
  2. Marinate the chicken, with chili sauce soya sauce, vinegar, salt ,black pepper and garlic, for 20 minutes.
  3. Now in a frying pan cook the mixture for ten minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 250C.
  5. In a bowl add the plain flour, egg, yeast, sugar, salt, oil.
  6. Knead to form a smooth dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
  7. When the dough rises, form a roti.
  8. Now spread the pizza sauce on top of the dough, then spread the chicken.
  9. Top the chicken with the chopped capsicum, chopped mushrooms, black olives, oregano and chopped tomatoes.
  10. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in the oven for 20 minutes.
  11. Serve hot. (You can always use readymade pizza sauce if you want)
  12. For Pizza Sauce: Mix together the tomato paste, water, and olive oil. Mix well.
  13. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, basil, and rosemary.
  14. Mix well and let stand several hours to let flavors blend.
  15. No cooking necessary, just spread on dough.

Chikken Tikka Pizza

    For Pizza Dough:
  1. Plain flour 200g (2 cups)
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Instant yeast 1 & 1/2 tsp
  4. Egg 1
  5. Dry milk powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp
  6. Caster sugar 1 tsp
  7. Oil 3 tbsp
  8. Luke warm water (As much required for dough)
  9. For Pizza Sauce:
  10. Oil 2 tbsp
  11. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  12. Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  13. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt 1/2 tsp
  15. Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  16. Ketchup 2 tbsp
  17. Chicken Tikka:
  18. Boneless chicken 5 breast piece
  19. Tikka Masala 3-4 tbsp
  20. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  21. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  22. Topping:
  23. Onion 1 (Cut into cubes)
  24. Capsicum 1 (cube cut)
  25. Tomato 1 (without seeds) cube cut
  26. Sweet corn 3 tbsp
  27. Mushrooms 3-4 tbsp
  28. Black olives 3-4 tbsp
  29. Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  30. Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  31. Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Recipe

  1. Take a bowl add flour, salt, instant yeast, egg, dry milk powder, caster sugar, oil and very little water for binding.
  2. Mix them well and keep adding little water as required to keep it soft.
  3. The dough should be soft after mixing the ingredients.
  4. After binding, take out the mixture and strike it on a smooth surface for 5-6 times.
  5. Now sprinkle little flour on the same surface and roll the dough.
  6. For thin and crispy pizza, dough should be 1/8th inch thick after rolling.
  7. Place this rolled dough on a pizza pan and prick it with knife or fork.
  8. Place this pan for 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven.
  9. For pizza sauce: Pour oil in a pan; add garlic paste when oil is heated and fry for 2 minutes.
  10. Than add tomato paste, red chilli powder, salt, oregano leaves and ketchup.
  11. Cook for 2 minutes and sauce is ready. Use this sauce when it’s cold (You can also use readymade pizza sauce).
  12. For chicken Tikka: Marinate chicken with Tikka Masala, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
  13. Leave for 10-15 minutes and fry until chicken is ready.
  14. At the end, place 2-3 coal pieces in a pan and cover for 4-5 minutes.
  15. Roll out dough, and place in a 10 inch Pizza plate.
  16. Spread pizza sauce on dough and sprinkle cheddar cheese about 2 tbsp on it.
  17. Now spread chicken Tikka pieces on it.
  18. Sprinkle onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, mushrooms, olives, oregano leaves, Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
  19. Place this pan in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
  20. Delicious Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready.

Tandoori Chicken Pizza

    For 2 Pizza Dough:
  1. All purpose flour 1/2 kg
  2. Sugar 1 tbsp
  3. Oil 3 tbsp
  4. Egg 1
  5. Instant yeast 1,1/2 tbsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Lukewarm water or milk as needed
  8. For Tandoori Chicken Topping:
  9. Chicken boneless 1 kg
  10. Salt 1,1/2 or to taste
  11. Lemon 2 tbsp
  12. Vinegar 3 tbsp
  13. Yogurt 1 cup
  14. Ajinomoto 1 tsp
  15. Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
  16. Oil 2-3 tbsp
  17. Red chilli crushed 2 tbsp
  18. Black pepper 2 tbsp
  19. White pepper 1 tsp
  20. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  21. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  22. Yellow food colour 1/2 tsp
  23. Coal 1 inch piece
  24. For Sauce:
  25. Oil 2 tbsp
  26. Ketchup 1/2 cup
  27. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  28. Salt 1/2 tsp
  29. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  30. Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
  31. White pepper 1/2 tsp
  32. Thyme powder 1/4 tsp
  33. Oregano powder 1/4 tsp
    For Topping:
  1. Tomato 2 (cut into square)
  2. Lemon 1(slices)
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Capsicum 2(cut into square)
  5. Mozzarella cheese 1 pack (shredded)
  6. Cheddar cheese 1 pack (shredded)

Recipe

  1. Mix yeast in a little slightly warm milk and leave.
  2. Let it rise and then dissolve sugar and salt in it.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients and knead with lukewarm milk or water.
  4. When dough become in smooth form cover it with polythene bag set a side for an hour.
  5. Heat oil, saute garlic add rest of the ingredients in it.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes, then add 2 tbsp water and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Remove from heat let it cool.
  8. Mix all the ingredients in chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
  9. Bake at mark 4 or 180 degree for 40-45 minutes.
  10. Finish with coal smoke.
  11. When dough rise well take half of dough spread on 12'' pizza pan and mark with fork.
  12. Now spread 3 tbsp prepared sauce, top it with baked chicken, sprinkle black pepper, spread onion, tomatoes, capsicum and shredded cheese.
  13. Bake for 7-10 min at mark 7 (pre-heat oven at mark 7 for 15-20 minutes).

Frying Pan tikka Pizza

    For Chicken Tikka
  1. Chicken breast 5 pieces
  2. Ginger and garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp (Roasted)
  6. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  7. Yogurt 1 tbsp
  8. Ingredients for dough
  9. Self raising flour 1-½ cup
  10. Salt ½ tsp
  11. Instant yeast 1 tsp
  12. Oil 3-4 tbsp
  13. Caster sugar 1 tsp
  14. Water (As required to make dough)
  15. Ingredients for topping
  16. Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
  17. Onion 4 tbsp sliced
  18. Chicken tikka ½ cup shredded
  19. Tomato 1 diced
  20. Capsicum 1
  21. Mushroom 3 sliced
  22. Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  23. Chadder cheese ½ cup grated (You can add more if you like)
  24. Oil 4 tbsp

Recipe

  1. In a pot put 2 chicken breast pieces then marinate with the ingredients written under chicken tikka and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Then grill it until chicken completely tender.
  3. Lastly put a hot coal on the meat and pour oil on it, cover completely and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl mix together self raising flour, salt, yeast, oil and caster sugar.
  5. Knead with Luke warm water until a medium dough is formed.
  6. Leave aside and cover for 30 minutes.
  7. Now roll the dough into a 9 inch pizza .
  8. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan on a low flame heat the dough on one side for 3 minutes, turn and cook the other side using 2 tbsp oil till it turns light golden in colour.
  9. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the top.
  10. Top the sauce with sliced onions, shredded chicken tikka, diced tomatoes, diced capsicum and sliced mushrooms.
  11. Sprinkle oregano leaves and grated cheddar cheese on top of the pizza.
  12. Grill for 5 mins till cheese melts.
  13. Cut in wedges.
  14. Serve hot.
