Chicken Pizza
Double Pan Pizza
For Dough:
- Plain flour 4 cup
- Yeast 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Milk powder 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Onion seed 1 pinch
- Luke Warm water or milk 2, 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 2 pinch
For Topping:
- Chicken (cubed) 1 cup
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 pack
- Mushroom 8
- Capsicum 1
For Pizza Sauce:
- Tomato paste 2 cup
- Garlic 2 tbsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil 4 tbsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
Recipe
- For pizza Sauce: Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion.
- Add all other sauce ingredients and mix well. Cook on medium flame.
- For Topping: In another pan, heat oil, sauté garlic.
- Add chicken to the pan and fry.
- Add red chili, onion seed and black pepper, saute.
- For Dough: In a bowl combine flour, green coriander, milk powder, yeast, and sugar, salt, crushed red chili, and egg and mustard
- seed. Mix well.
- Using required warm water or warm milk, properly knead the dough.
- Leave aside for 45 minutes.
- In a simple frying pan, spread the pizza dough. Cover the pan with the lid and cook the dough.
- Press it a little bit with a cloth like chapatti, to cook properly.
- When it starts rising/cooking, turn it over and cover the cooked side with pizza sauce.
- Place chicken, onion, capsicum and cheese etc on the top, cover the pan again and let it cook.
- When cheese melts and pizza is ready, serve hot.
Chicken Fajita Pizza
- Chicken 300gm
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
For Topping:
- Pizza sauce 1 cup
- Black olives 10
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Capsicum 1 (Any color you like)
- Tomatoes 1
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
For Dough:
- Plain flour 1-1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
For Pizza Sauce:
- Tomato paste 1 (6 ounce) can
- Water 1 1/2 cups
- Olive oil 1/3 cup (extra virgin)
- Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste (ground)
- Oregano 1/2 tbsp (dried)
- Basil ½ tbsp (dried)
- Dried rosemary ½ tsp (crushed)
Recipe
- Fry the chicken with little oil.
- Marinate the chicken, with chili sauce soya sauce, vinegar, salt ,black pepper and garlic, for 20 minutes.
- Now in a frying pan cook the mixture for ten minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 250C.
- In a bowl add the plain flour, egg, yeast, sugar, salt, oil.
- Knead to form a smooth dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
- When the dough rises, form a roti.
- Now spread the pizza sauce on top of the dough, then spread the chicken.
- Top the chicken with the chopped capsicum, chopped mushrooms, black olives, oregano and chopped tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot. (You can always use readymade pizza sauce if you want)
- For Pizza Sauce: Mix together the tomato paste, water, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, basil, and rosemary.
- Mix well and let stand several hours to let flavors blend.
- No cooking necessary, just spread on dough.
Chikken Tikka Pizza
For Pizza Dough:
- Plain flour 200g (2 cups)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Instant yeast 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Dry milk powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp
- Caster sugar 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Luke warm water (As much required for dough)
For Pizza Sauce:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
Chicken Tikka:
- Boneless chicken 5 breast piece
- Tikka Masala 3-4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Topping:
- Onion 1 (Cut into cubes)
- Capsicum 1 (cube cut)
- Tomato 1 (without seeds) cube cut
- Sweet corn 3 tbsp
- Mushrooms 3-4 tbsp
- Black olives 3-4 tbsp
- Oregano leaves 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Recipe
- Take a bowl add flour, salt, instant yeast, egg, dry milk powder, caster sugar, oil and very little water for binding.
- Mix them well and keep adding little water as required to keep it soft.
- The dough should be soft after mixing the ingredients.
- After binding, take out the mixture and strike it on a smooth surface for 5-6 times.
- Now sprinkle little flour on the same surface and roll the dough.
- For thin and crispy pizza, dough should be 1/8th inch thick after rolling.
- Place this rolled dough on a pizza pan and prick it with knife or fork.
- Place this pan for 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven.
- For pizza sauce: Pour oil in a pan; add garlic paste when oil is heated and fry for 2 minutes.
- Than add tomato paste, red chilli powder, salt, oregano leaves and ketchup.
- Cook for 2 minutes and sauce is ready. Use this sauce when it’s cold (You can also use readymade pizza sauce).
- For chicken Tikka: Marinate chicken with Tikka Masala, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
- Leave for 10-15 minutes and fry until chicken is ready.
- At the end, place 2-3 coal pieces in a pan and cover for 4-5 minutes.
- Roll out dough, and place in a 10 inch Pizza plate.
- Spread pizza sauce on dough and sprinkle cheddar cheese about 2 tbsp on it.
- Now spread chicken Tikka pieces on it.
- Sprinkle onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, mushrooms, olives, oregano leaves, Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Place this pan in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
- Delicious Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready.
Tandoori Chicken Pizza
For 2 Pizza Dough:
- All purpose flour 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Instant yeast 1,1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lukewarm water or milk as needed
For Tandoori Chicken Topping:
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Salt 1,1/2 or to taste
- Lemon 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ajinomoto 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Red chilli crushed 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 2 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Yellow food colour 1/2 tsp
- Coal 1 inch piece
For Sauce:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Thyme powder 1/4 tsp
- Oregano powder 1/4 tsp
For Topping:
- Tomato 2 (cut into square)
- Lemon 1(slices)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Capsicum 2(cut into square)
- Mozzarella cheese 1 pack (shredded)
- Cheddar cheese 1 pack (shredded)
Recipe
- Mix yeast in a little slightly warm milk and leave.
- Let it rise and then dissolve sugar and salt in it.
- Now mix all the ingredients and knead with lukewarm milk or water.
- When dough become in smooth form cover it with polythene bag set a side for an hour.
- Heat oil, saute garlic add rest of the ingredients in it.
- Cook for 2 minutes, then add 2 tbsp water and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat let it cool.
- Mix all the ingredients in chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
- Bake at mark 4 or 180 degree for 40-45 minutes.
- Finish with coal smoke.
- When dough rise well take half of dough spread on 12'' pizza pan and mark with fork.
- Now spread 3 tbsp prepared sauce, top it with baked chicken, sprinkle black pepper, spread onion, tomatoes, capsicum and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 7-10 min at mark 7 (pre-heat oven at mark 7 for 15-20 minutes).
Frying Pan tikka Pizza
For Chicken Tikka
- Chicken breast 5 pieces
- Ginger and garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp (Roasted)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
Ingredients for dough
- Self raising flour 1-½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Instant yeast 1 tsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Caster sugar 1 tsp
- Water (As required to make dough)
Ingredients for topping
- Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
- Onion 4 tbsp sliced
- Chicken tikka ½ cup shredded
- Tomato 1 diced
- Capsicum 1
- Mushroom 3 sliced
- Oregano leaves 1 tsp
- Chadder cheese ½ cup grated (You can add more if you like)
- Oil 4 tbsp
Recipe
- In a pot put 2 chicken breast pieces then marinate with the ingredients written under chicken tikka and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Then grill it until chicken completely tender.
- Lastly put a hot coal on the meat and pour oil on it, cover completely and leave for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together self raising flour, salt, yeast, oil and caster sugar.
- Knead with Luke warm water until a medium dough is formed.
- Leave aside and cover for 30 minutes.
- Now roll the dough into a 9 inch pizza .
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan on a low flame heat the dough on one side for 3 minutes, turn and cook the other side using 2 tbsp oil till it turns light golden in colour.
- Spread the pizza sauce on top of the top.
- Top the sauce with sliced onions, shredded chicken tikka, diced tomatoes, diced capsicum and sliced mushrooms.
- Sprinkle oregano leaves and grated cheddar cheese on top of the pizza.
- Grill for 5 mins till cheese melts.
- Cut in wedges.
- Serve hot.
