Chicken Finger

    For Marination
  1. Chicken breast 2 
  2. Black pepper 1/2 tsp 
  3. Musturd powder 1/2 tsp 
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp 
  5. Bread crumbs as required 
  6. For Batter
  7. Purpose flour 1/4 cup 
  8. Eggs 2 Milk 1/2 cup 
  9. Water as needed 
  10. Salt 1/2 tsp 
  11. Black pepper 1/2 tsp 
  12. Oil 2 tbsp 
  13. Corn flour 2 tbsp 
  14. Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Recipe

  1. Cut chicken breast in 2 inch long pieces. 
  2. Add salt, black pepper, musturd powder and leave marination for an hour and keep aside. 
  3. For Batter: Take a bowl add purpose flour, eggs, corn flour, backing powder, milk, oil, salt, black pepper and water. 
  4. Now dip marinated chicken in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with french fries and ketchup.

Kashmiri Pilau

  1. Rice 1/2 kg 
  2. Chicken cubes 250 gm 
  3. Carrots half cup 
  4. Green onions 2 
  5. Raisins (Kishmish) 1/4 cup 
  6. Walnuts (Akhrot) 1/4 cup 
  7. Cashew nuts (Kaju) 1/4 cup 
  8. Almonds (Badam) 12 
  9. Sugar 3 tbsp 
  10. White pepper (Safaid mirch) 1 tbsp 
  11. Black pepper (Kali mirch) 1 tbsp 
  12. Salt to taste

Recipe


  1. Boil the rice completely. Heat oil in a 1/4 cup pan. 
  2. Add chicken cubes, salt, white pepper, black pepper, raisins, almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, carrots, green onions and sugar. 
  3. Cook untill chicken is cooked. 
  4. Then add boiled rice and mix well. 
  5. Serve hot.

Chicken Mince Pilau

  1. Rice 250 grams (soaked) 
  2. Chicken mince 250 gm 
  3. All spice 1 tbsp (whole) 
  4. Salt 2 tsp 
  5. Water as required 
  6. Oil 1/4 cup 
  7. Onion 1 (sliced) 
  8. Red chili powder 1 tsp 
  9. Turmeric ¼ tsp 
  10. Cumin ½ tsp 
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp 
  12. Yogurt ½ cup 
  13. All spice powder 1 tsp 
  14. Green chilies 3 
  15. Mint 2 tbsp 
  16. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)

Recipe

  1. Boil rice with Sabet garam masala, 1 tsp salt and water. 
  2. Now heat oil in pan, add onion and fry till color becomes golden brown. 
  3. Then add chicken mince, 1 tsp salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and ginger garlic paste, cook for five minutes. 
  4. Now add yogurt and Garam masala powder and mix well. 
  5. Then add boiled rice, mix well and leave on steam for a while. 
  6. Finally sprinkle onion, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves and serve.
