Chicken Finger
For Marination
- Chicken breast 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Musturd powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs as required
For Batter
- Purpose flour 1/4 cup
- Eggs 2
Milk 1/2 cup
- Water as needed
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe
- Cut chicken breast in 2 inch long pieces.
- Add salt, black pepper, musturd powder and leave marination for an hour and keep aside.
- For Batter: Take a bowl add purpose flour, eggs, corn flour, backing powder, milk, oil, salt, black pepper and water.
- Now dip marinated chicken in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with french fries and ketchup.
