Noodles With Chicken Balls


  1. Mince chicken 250 gm 
  2. Salt and pepper to taste 
  3. Mustard paste 1 tsp 
  4. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp 
  5. Onion 1 tbsp (finely chopped) 
  6. Egg 1 
  7. Tomato puree 1 cup 
  8. Oil ½ liter 
  9. Noodles 1 cup 
  10. Spring onions 1 
  11. Red chili powder ½ tsp

Recipe


  1. Take minced chicken and marinate with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, chopped onion and an egg. 
  2. Mix the contents well. In the meantime boil the noodles. 
  3. Shape the chicken into small balls and deep fry till they turn golden brown. 
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Sauté the finely chopped onions. 
  5. Then add the tomato puree, red chili powder salt and pepper. 
  6. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes then add the boiled noodles followed by the chicken balls. 
  7. Stir gently. 
  8. Serve hot.
