Spicy Schezwan Soup
Ingredients
- Water 8 & 1/2
- Chicken 1 cup (boneless)
- Cabbage 1 cup (tiny cubes)
- Carrot 1 (cut in tiny cubes)
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar ¼ cup
- Green chilies 2 (chopped)
- Corn flour 6 tbsp (dissolved in ½ cup water)
- Egg 1 (beaten)
- Coriander leaves ½ cup (chopped)
Recipe
- Boil chicken with water (It'll almost take 10 mint).
- Take out chicken pieces and shred it
- Again add shreded chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cabbage and carrots with salt, sugar, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, green chilies.
- Thickens soup with corn flour paste (When you add corn flour mix well for 5 minutes).
- Lastly add beaten egg, stir well.
- Before removing add coriander leaves.
