Puri (Puree)

Method 1

Ingredients

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Salt ½ tsp
  4. Oil 4 tbsp
  5. Baking powder ½ tsp
  6. Water to knead
  7. Oil for frying

Recipe

  1. Knead everything together.
  2. Make into puris and deep fry.
  3. Serve hot.


Method 2

Ingredients

  1. White flour 250 gm
  2. Whole wheat flour 250 gm
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Water as required
  5. Oil for frying

Ingredients

  1. Knead the dough with all the given ingredients and leave for 2-4 minutes.
  2. Divide them in to pedas and put them for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Roll them into purees and fry in oil.
