Roasted Chops
Method 1
Ingredients
- Chops 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Papaya paste/meat tenderizer 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Hot spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Recipe
- Mix ginger garlic paste, papaya paste/meat tenderizer, salt, red chili powder, hot spice powder, cumin powder and yogurt.
- Rub mixture on chops and leave for marination about 2 hours.
- Preheat over at 180 degree C. grease baking tray and place chops on tray. Drizzle oil on chops.
- Cook about 30 minutes or until meat tender. Turn chops in the half way so they brown from both sides.
- Serve hot.

- Yogurt 2 tbsp

- Rub mixture on chops and leave for marination about 2 hours.
- In a wide nonstick cooking pan put a stainless steal strainer and place chops on it. Roast on slow heat until soft and tender.
- Serve hot.
