Chicken Saute Sticks

Method 1

Ingredients

  1. Chicken Breast 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
  3. All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  4. Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  5. Roasted peanuts ½ cup
  6. Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  7. Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  8. Oil as required
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Barbeque sticks as required

Recipe

  1. For saute sticks: Cut breast piece into slices; sprinkle salt and leave it.
  2. Chopperize ginger paste, brown sugar, roasted peanuts, all purpose flour, crushed black pepper, soya sauce, to taste salt and 2 tbsp oil blend it and make a paste.
  3. Now add chicken slices in paste and marinate it for 1 hour, then skewer the chicken into barbeque sticks.
  4. Take a fry pan adds some oil and fry it.
  5. Serve hot.

  10. Barbeque sticks as required
