Kheer

Ingredients

  1. Milk 1 & 1/2 liter
  2. Rice 1/2 cup (Washed and socked)
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Almonds (Sliced and skin off as much you like)
  5. Pistachio (Sliced and skin off as much you like)

Recipe

  1. In milk add rice.
  2. Let the milk cook on high flame.
  3. When the milk starts to boil move the flame to low and cook it till the milk thick (It'll almost take 2 hours on low flame).
  4. Add sugar, almonds, pistachio and green cardamom.
  5. Pour it out in a bowl and keep aside to cool down.
  6. Serve Cold.
