Ingredients
- Fish fillet 2
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Lemon 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Chat masala ¼ tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Recipe
- Marinade fish fillet with soya sauce, vinegar, mustard powder, lemon juice, salt and black pepper crushed. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
- Grease grill and grill fish fillet from both sides until completely cook.
- Sprinkle chaat masala.
- Serve hot
