Grilled Fish

Ingredients

  1. Fish fillet 2
  2. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  3. White vinegar 2 tbsp
  4. Mustard powder 1 tsp
  5. Lemon 2 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  8. Chat masala ¼ tsp
  9. Oil 2-3 tbsp

Recipe

  1. Marinade fish fillet with soya sauce, vinegar, mustard powder, lemon juice, salt and black pepper crushed. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Grease grill and grill fish fillet from both sides until completely cook.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala.
  4. Serve hot
