Beef Paratha Roll

Ingredients

    For beef:
  1. Undercut beef (thinly sliced) 1/2 kg
  2. Tikka boti masala (heaped) 1 tbsp
  3. Green chillies (grinded) 1 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  7. All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Raw papaya powder 1 tsp
  9. Yogurt 2 tbsp
  10. For paratha:
  11. Flour 2 cups
  12. Wheat flour 1 cup
  13. Salt 1/4 tsp
  14. For chatni:
  15. Tamarind juice 1 cup
  16. Salt 1/4 tsp
  17. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  18. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  19. Sugar 1 tsp
  20. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  21. Onion (finely sliced) 1
  22. Mint leaves as required

Recipe

    For paratha:
  1. Sieve together both the flour with salt, knead with water into a medium dough apply little ghee on top.
  2. Leave it aside cover for 1 hour then make into parathas and shallow fry on tawa.
  3. Keep warm until required.
  4. For chatni:
  5. Mix together tamarind pulp, salt, chilli powder, garlic paste, crushed cumin, sugar and use accordingly.
  6. For beef:
  7. Marinate undercut beef with heaped National tikka boti masala, green chillies grinded, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, all spice, raw papaya powder, yogurt for 2 hours.
  8. Heat oil and add marinated beef.
  9. Cover and cook till tender about 15 minutes.
  10. Now add meat in the paratha and roll it.
  11. Serve hot.
