Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions 2 large
- Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2tbs
- Black cardamom 4
- Cinnamon stick 1 large piece
- Black peppercorn 2 tbsp
- Cloves 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Water 16 cups
Recipe
- In a large pot add chicken, all other ingredients.
- Wait for a boil on high flame, then lower the flame low to medium cover and cook for good 20 to 30 minutes.
- Strain the stock.
- Serve hot.
