Chicken Reshmi Kabab
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 medium
- Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
- Gram flour 4 tbsp (dry roasted)
- Salt 1 tsp (heaped)
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Green chilli 6
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Coal for smoke
- Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
Recipe
- In a chopper add chicken breast and make it fine.
- Now add onion, fresh coriander, gram flour, salt, ginger & garlic paste, black pepper, red chilli, green chilli, butter and chop well.
- Grease your palms slightly and make kababs (In long shape not in circle).
- Heat oil add the kababs and fry till golden, on low to medium flame.
- Heat the coal.
- Once all fried place in the pan add the foil, hot coal, a little oil and cover till the smoke settles.
- Serve hot.
