Ingredients

For Marination:
- Chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Onions 1 large (finely chopped)
- Bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Butter 50g
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander handful
For Curry:
Ingredients
- Marinate chicken with the ingredients under marination mix, cover and leave for 1 hour.
- Heat oil, butter add onions and fry till the onions becomes transparent on high flame.
- Now add the marinated chicken and cook till it gets white on high flame.
- Then add water 1 cup and wait for a boil on high flame, then lower the flame to low cover with lid and cook till the oil comes on surface and the chicken is completely cooked.
- Now add the cream, green cardamom powder, garam masala powder, green chilli, fresh coriander mix well.
- Serve hot.
