Seekh Kababs

Mince Baked Kabab

  1. Mutton/Beef mince 1 kg  
  2. Salt 1&1/2 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp full
  4. Garam masala powder 1 tsp full
  5. Onion 1 large
  6. Corn flour 1 tbs full
  7. Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp full
  8. Fresh coriander hand full
  9. Coal 1

Recipe

  1. Grind onion and drain water.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients very well.
  3. Make kabab shape and place on the baking tray(wet the palms so that the mince dose not stick).
  4. Put kababs in a pot pour some oil on kababs cover the pot with a lid.
  5. Let the kababs cook completely on low flame. Once baked keep the coal on a foil add oil on the coal and cover till the smoke settles.
  6. Sprinkle chat masala on kababs.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.

Mince Baked Kabab 2

  1. Mince ½ kg
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Chili powder 1 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  6. Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  7. Gram flour 1 tbsp (roasted)
  8. Ghee 1 tbsp
  9. Onion 1 (chopped)
  10. Green chilies 2 (chopped)

Recipe

  1. Mix all the above ingredients in mince, keep for 30 minutes.
  2. Make in the shape of seekh kabab, put in greased oven tray and bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Give dum of coal (Optional).
  4. Garnish with onion and lemon slices.
  5. Serve hot.

Chicken Seekh Kabab

  1. Chicken mince 1/2 kg 
  2. Gram flour 1tbsp heaped (dry roast it till gets golden) 
  3. Fresh coriander 2tbsp 
  4. Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp 
  5. Onion 1 small (finely chopped) 
  6. Green chilli 3 (finely chopped) 
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp 
  8. Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp 
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp 
  10. Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp (all spices)

Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken mince. 
  2. Make kababs and keep a side (You can freeze kabab at that point)
  3. Heat 6 tbs of oil in a pan, and place the kababs and cook on medium flame till gets a golden colour all around. 
  4. Place the kababs on a paper towel and let them cool down and freeze them. Then can be used when ever required (You can cook then in microwave or grill them)
  5. Serve hot with ketchup.

Khoya Seekh Kabab

  1. Mince ½ kg
  2. Salt 1 tsp heaped
  3. Chili powder 1 tsp
  4. All spice 1 tsp
  5. Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  7. Green chilies 1 tbsp (chopped)
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  9. Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  10. Solid milk ½ cup
  11. Oil 2 tbsp

Recipe

  1. Marinate mince with salt, chili powder, all spice, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, clarified butter and solid milk.
  2. Make seekh kababs shape.
  3. Shallow fry in oil, give simmer of charcoal.
  4. Serve hot.
