Make kabab shape and place on the baking tray(wet the palms so that the mince dose not stick).
Put kababs in a pot pour some oil on kababs cover the pot with a lid.
Let the kababs cook completely on low flame. Once baked keep the coal on a foil add oil on the coal and cover till the smoke settles.
Sprinkle chat masala on kababs.
Serve hot with ketchup.
Mince Baked Kabab 2
Mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp (roasted)
Ghee 1 tbsp
Onion 1 (chopped)
Green chilies 2 (chopped)
Recipe
Mix all the above ingredients in mince, keep for 30 minutes.
Make in the shape of seekh kabab, put in greased oven tray and bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Give dum of coal (Optional).
Garnish with onion and lemon slices.
Serve hot.
Chicken Seekh Kabab
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Gram flour 1tbsp heaped (dry roast it till gets golden)
Fresh coriander 2tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
Green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp (all spices)
Recipe
Mix all the ingredients with the chicken mince.
Make kababs and keep a side (You can freeze kabab at that point).
Heat 6 tbs of oil in a pan, and place the kababs and cook on medium flame till gets a golden colour all around.
Place the kababs on a paper towel and let them cool down and freeze them.
Then can be used when ever required (You can cook then in microwave or grill them).
Serve hot with ketchup.
Khoya Seekh Kabab
Mince ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Chili powder 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilies 1 tbsp (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Solid milk ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Recipe
Marinate mince with salt, chili powder, all spice, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, clarified butter and solid milk.
