Rajasthani Mutton
- Mutton 1 kg
- Onions 4 medium (finely chopped)
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Green chilli 4 (sliced)
- Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp (heaped)
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
- Red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Fresh ginger 2 inch piece (julienne)
- Oil 1 cup
- Fresh coriander hand full
Recipe
- Heat oil and fry the onions till golden on high flame.
- Then add ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder, water 1/4 cup mix well cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
- Add mutton and cook on high flame for 5 minutes till changes color.
- Now add yogurt mix and again cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
- Now add water 3 glass mix, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the mutton is cooked and oil comes on surface.
- Then add fresh ginger, green chilli, garam masala powder mix well, cook on high flame for 1 minute.
- Add fresh coriander mix.
- Serve hot with naan.
