BBQ Foil Chops

  1. Mutton chops ½ kg 
  2. Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp 
  3. Salt to taste 
  4. Chili powder 1 tbsp 
  5. Turmeric 1 tsp 
  6. Coriander leaves ¼ bunch 
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp 
  8. Oil 2 – 3 tbsp 
  9. Aluminum foil as required

Recipe

  1. Marinate mutton chops with raw papaya paste and salt to taste for 10 – 15 minutes. 
  2. Now add chili powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and oil. 
  3. Now put each chop on aluminum foil and wrap. 
  4. Put a wire rack on burning coal. 
  5. Now put chops on wire rack and cook for 10 – 15 minutes each side. 
  6. BBQ chops are ready to serve.
