Tandoori Fish
- Fish 1, 1/2 kg
- Curds 3 tbsp
- Salad oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 1, 1/2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Grind Together:
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Cloves of garlic 3
- Ginger 1 piece
- Red chillies 2
- Caraway seeds 3/4 tsp
Recipe
- Mix curd, salad oil, ketchup, vinegar and salt and apply to the fish after cleaning it properly.
- Also apply the ground spices.
Leave for a few hours.
- Grease a skewer and pass it through the fish lengthwise and cook in a tandoor or on a BBQ grill for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle a little black pepper, butter and lime juice over the fish and
