Tandoori Fish

  1. Fish 1, 1/2 kg 
  2. Curds 3 tbsp 
  3. Salad oil 1 tbsp 
  4. Tomato ketchup 1, 1/2 tbsp 
  5. Vinegar 1 tbsp 
  6. Salt to taste 
  7. Grind Together: 
  8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp 
  9. Coriander seeds 1 tsp 
  10. Cloves of garlic 3 
  11. Ginger 1 piece 
  12. Red chillies 2 
  13. Caraway seeds 3/4 tsp

Recipe

  1. Mix curd, salad oil, ketchup, vinegar and salt and apply to the fish after cleaning it properly. 
  2. Also apply the ground spices. Leave for a few hours. 
  3. Grease a skewer and pass it through the fish lengthwise and cook in a tandoor or on a BBQ grill for about 20 minutes. 
  4. Sprinkle a little black pepper, butter and lime juice over the fish and 
  5. Serve hot.
