Fish With Vinegar Sauce
- Fish 750 gm (thin sliced)
- Egg 1
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- White flour 2 tsp
- Corn flour 4 tsp
- Soda or baking powder 1-2 pinches
- Vinegar 5 tsp
- Crushed ginger-garlic 2tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Water 2 cup
- Oil for fry
Recipe
- Marinate fish with egg, salt, black pepper, white flour, corn flour and vinegar.
- Add soda or baking powder and mix it well.
- Then add little amount of water for thickness, set aside for 30 minutes (for good result).
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Then fry fish for 7-10 mins on medium heat till light golden colour appears.
- For Vinegar Sauce: Fry crushed garlic in a little hot oil till slightly brown.
- Add vinegar, brown sugar and water, mix it.
- Then add salt and black pepper.
- When sauce starts boiling, add a little corn flour to thicken the sauce.
- Now serve fish in a dish and sauce over it
- Serve hot with plain rice or fried rice.
