Fish With Vinegar Sauce

  1. Fish 750 gm (thin sliced) 
  2. Egg 1 
  3. Salt to taste 
  4. Black pepper 1 tsp 
  5. White flour 2 tsp 
  6. Corn flour 4 tsp 
  7. Soda or baking powder 1-2 pinches 
  8. Vinegar 5 tsp 
  9. Crushed ginger-garlic 2tsp 
  10. Brown sugar 1 tsp 
  11. Water 2 cup 
  12. Oil for fry

Recipe

  1. Marinate fish with egg, salt, black pepper, white flour, corn flour and vinegar. 
  2. Add soda or baking powder and mix it well. 
  3. Then add little amount of water for thickness, set aside for 30 minutes (for good result). 
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan. 
  5. Then fry fish for 7-10 mins on medium heat till light golden colour appears. 
  6. For Vinegar Sauce: Fry crushed garlic in a little hot oil till slightly brown. 
  7. Add vinegar, brown sugar and water, mix it. 
  8. Then add salt and black pepper. 
  9. When sauce starts boiling, add a little corn flour to thicken the sauce. 
  10. Now serve fish in a dish and sauce over it 
  11. Serve hot with plain rice or fried rice.
