Baked Masala Fish

  1. Pomfret fish 1 
  2. Onions (chopped) 2 
  3. Cloves of garlic 6 
  4. Ginger (ground) 1 piece 
  5. Coriander powder 1 tsp 
  6. Chilli powder 1 tsp 
  7. Tomatoes (chopped) 4 
  8. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch 
  9. Tamarind juice 1/4 cup 
  10. Oil 4 tbsp 
  11. Salt to taste

Recipe

  1. Pound all ingredients together except fish and oil. 
  2. In a greased baking dish, put an even layer of half of the spice. 
  3. Lay the cleaned fish over it. 
  4. Cover with remaining spice and brush some oil. 
  5. Bake till done and serve hot.
