- Pomfret fish 1
- Onions (chopped) 2
- Cloves of garlic 6
- Ginger (ground) 1 piece
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Tomatoes (chopped) 4
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Tamarind juice 1/4 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Recipe
- Pound all ingredients together except fish and oil.
- In a greased baking dish, put an even layer of half of the spice.
- Lay the cleaned fish over it.
- Cover with remaining spice and brush some oil.
- Bake till done and serve hot.
