Pan Fried Fish

  1. Fish fillet ½ kg
  2. Salt & black pepper to taste 
  3. Lemon juice 1 tbsp 
  4. Garlic paste 1 tsp 
  5. Tomato 250 gm 
  6. Onion 1 
  7. Oregano ¼ tsp 
  8. Coriander leaves ½ bunch 
  9. Oil 100 ml

Recipe

  1. Blanch tomatoes, peel and puree them. 
  2. Marinate fish with salt, pepper, garlic paste and lemon juice. 
  3. Take a medium sized skillet. 
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil then sauté chopped onion and chopped garlic. 
  5. Add the tomato puree and sauté for 5 minutes. 
  6. Then add salt, pepper, oregano. 
  7. Cook until the texture of the puree becomes smooth. 
  8. Heat oil in a frying pan. 
  9. Fry the marinated fish fillet 3 minutes one side, flip the fish over and fry the other side for another 3 minutes. 
  10. Pour the marina sauce on top. 
  11. Mix gently. 
  12. Serve hot.
