Lady Fish Fry

  1. Fish 8-10 pieces 
  2. Salt 1 tsp 
  3. Red chilli 2 tsp 
  4. Black pepper 2 tsp 
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp 
  6. Juice of 2 lemons 
  7. Fish seasoning (optional)

Recipe

  1. Wash fish, put in a bowl add salt, red chilli, black pepper, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. 
  2. Marinate for 1 hour. 
  3. Take fish pieces roll into flour and shallow fry or grill. 
  4. Serve hot with dips.
