- Fish 8-10 pieces
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli 2 tsp
- Black pepper 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Fish seasoning (optional)
Recipe
- Wash fish, put in a bowl add salt, red chilli, black pepper, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
- Marinate for 1 hour.
- Take fish pieces roll into flour and shallow fry or grill.
- Serve hot with dips.
