BBQ Chicken Balls Stick

  1. For Chicken Balls: 
  2. Chicken breast ½ kg 
  3. Egg 1 
  4. Garlic paste 1 tsp 
  5. White pepper powder 1 tbsp 
  6. Black pepper powder ½ tsp 
  7. Chinese salt ½ tsp 
  8. Baking powder ½ tsp 
  9. Oil for frying 
  10. Salt to taste 
  11. Coal 1 piece 
  12. For Topping: 
  13. Capsicums 2 (cubes) 
  14. Tomatoes 2 (cubes) 
  15. Cornflour 1 cup 
  16. Egg yolks 2-3 
  17. For sauce: 
  18. Chili garlic sauce 1 cup 
  19. Chicken stock ½ cup 
  20. Onion 1 
  21. Garlic 2-3 cloves 
  22. Black pepper 1 tsp 
  23. Crushed Red chili ½ tsp 
  24. Crushed Spring onion 3-4 
  25. Oil 2 tbsp 
  26. Salt to taste

Recipe

  1. For Chicken Balls: Chop chicken breast, white pepper, black pepper, Chinese salt, baking powder, egg and salt to taste in chopper. 
  2. Now make small balls of mixture. 
  3. Boil these balls in water for 5 minutes and take out. 
  4. Chicken balls are ready.. 
  5. For Sauce: In a pan put oil and sauté 2-3 garlic cloves and onion for 2 to 3 minutes and add chicken stock. 
  6. Then add chili garlic sauce, crushed black pepper, crushed red chili and salt to taste and mix it. 
  7. When the mixture get thick then add 3-4 spring onion, mix it. 
  8. Sauce is ready. 
  9. For Topping: Put tomatoes, capsicums and chicken balls on bbq stick. 
  10. Now coat the prepared sticks with egg yolks and 1 cup corn flour. 
  11. Then put the sticks in a skillet to fry till golden then place it on tray. 
  12. Fry all sticks and give coal smoke. 
  13. Pour the sauce and serve hot.
