Creamy BBQ Chicken
- Chicken 500 gm
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Crushed red chillies 1 tsp or to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp or to taste
- Crushed green chili 1 tbsp or to taste
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Butter 50 grams
- Skewers as required
Recipe
- Marinate the chicken in yogurt, cream, crushed red chillies, black pepper, green chilles, salt, papaya and lemon juice for 20 minutes.
- Now thread the chicken pieces on the skewers.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces from both the sides for 10 minutes on a low flame.
- Serve hot with sauces and bread of choice.
