Tikka Boti

  1. Beef 1 kg
  2. Yogurt ½ cup
  3. Papaya paste ¼ cup
  4. Garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Ginger 1 tbsp
  6. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. All spice 1 tbsp
  8. Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
  9. Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. oil as required

Recipe

  1. Take yogurt, papaya paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, all spice, green chili paste, red chili powder and salt mix them.
  2. Marinate beef in this mixture.
  3. Now put cubes of beef on skewers and grill them.
  4. In last brush them with oil.
  5. Serve hot.

Chicken Tikka Boti

  1. Chicken boneless 1/2 kg 
  2. Yogurt 1/2 cup 
  3. Cream 1/2 cup 
  4. Green chili paste 2 to 3 tbsp 
  5. Cumin powder 1 tsp 
  6. Red chili powder 1 tsp 
  7. Garam masala 1 tsp 
  8. Oil 3 tbsp 
  9. Salt to taste 
  10. Salad leaves for garnish 
  11. Tomato for garnish 
  12. Onion for garnish

Recipe

  1. Cut chicken in cubes. 
  2. Put chicken pieces, cream, yogurt, salt, red chili, green chili paste, garam masala powder and cumin powder in a bowl and mix it well. 
  3. Now put it on bar b q sticks. 
  4. Grease baking tray or BBQ tray with a little oil and place ba b q sticks on it. 
  5. Pour remaining paste on top of it. 
  6. Now put baking tray in preheated oven at 160 c for 5 minutes. 
  7. After 5 minutes take it out turn the sticks, brush them with oil and put them again for 5 minutes. 
  8. Garnish it with salad leaves, tomato and onion and serve it.

Balochi Tikka Boti

  1. Mutton ½ kg (boneless) 
  2. Yogurt 1 cup 
  3. Onion 1 
  4. Potato 1 
  5. Tomato 2 Chopped 
  6. Coriander 1 tsp 
  7. Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp 
  8. Salt ½ tsp or to taste 
  9. All spices powder ½ tsp 
  10. Ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp 
  11. Lemon juice 2 tbsp 
  12. Oil 4 tbsp 
  13. Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsp or to taste

Recipe

  1. Apply salt, yogurt, red chili powder, all spice powder, raw papaya paste, oil, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice on mutton pieces. 
  2. Leave to marinate overnight. 
  3. Dice potato, tomato and onion. 
  4. Add them to the marinated mutton 10 minutes before frying. 
  5. Alternately thread a piece of mutton with the diced potato, tomato and onion on skewers. 
  6. Cook the skewers in a frying pan or grill pan. 
  7. Delicious balochi tikka is ready to serve.
