Sliced Baked Potato

  1. Potato 4 medium
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Butter 4 tbsp (melted)
  4. Herbs 2 tsp (fresh/dries)
  5. Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp (grated)

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.
  2. Peel and slice potato but not all the way.
  3. Arrange potatoes in baking dish; slightly fan out the slices.
  4. Sprinkle salt and drizzle butter over potato slices.
  5. Now sprinkle herbs and bake potato for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese and bake for another 5-8 minutes or until lightly golden from top.
  7. Serve hot.
