Mexican Shredded Beef

Ingredients

  1. Beef chunks 250 gm (boneless)
  2. Onion 1 medium (sliced)
  3. Beef broth 1 cup
  4. Taco seasoning mix 1 ¼ ounce
  5. Taco sauce 1 jar
  6. Green chilies 7 ounce (dried)

Recipe

  1. Mix beef broth and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Add beef and onion in a pan and pour seasoning mixture over meat.
  3. Cover and cook on slow heat for 4-6 hours or until meat tender and soft.
  4. Shred the beef using two forks.
  5. Add beef in a bowl, stir in taco sauce and green chilies.
  6. Now you can use it for stuffing burger and tacos etc.
