Liver Shashlik

Ingredients

  1. Liver ¼ kg (cut into pieces)
  2. Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  3. Whole Spices powder ½ teaspoon
  4. Ginger paste ½ tsp
  5. Garlic paste ½ tsp
  6. Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  7. Green Chilies 4 (chopped)
  8. Coriander leaves 1 tsp (mashed)
  9. Red Chilies 1 (chopped)
  10. Tomatoes 1 (cut in square shape)
  11. Capsicum 1 (cut in square shape)
  12. Onion 1 (cut in square shape)

Recipe

  1. First of all mix liver with cumin powder, whole spices, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, mashed coriander leaves, green chilies and red chilies in a bowl.
  2. Let it marinade for few hours meanwhile heat the coals in the brazier.
  3. Now take a skewer and place a piece of liver first, then capsicum, onion and tomato then again liver, capsicum, onion and tomatoes.
  4. Fill all the skewers in the same way.
  5. Heat the skewers in slow heated brazier or barbecue it in gas oven.
  6. Served hot with boiled Rice.
