Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg (Breast and leg pieces)
- Plain flour 1 & 1/2 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 3
- Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Recipe
- Add plain flour in a bowl then add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper.
- Beat eggs in another bowl then add hot sauce in it.
- Dip chicken in eggs then roll in plain flour then again dip in eggs then again in plain flour.
- Leave it for 10 minutes.
- Deep fry it till golden brown (It'll almost take 12-15 minnutes)
