Hot and Spicy Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken 8 pieces (cook without water for ten minutes)
Spices:
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Red Chilli ½ tsp
- Mustard powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chinese salt 1 pinch
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
For Seasoning Flour:
- Cornflake crumbs 2 cup
- All purpose flour 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder ½ tsp
- Mustard powder ½ tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
For Batter:
- Egg 2
- Star anise powder ½ tsp
- Chilli sauce ½ tsp
- Milk ¼ cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ pinch
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Mustard powder ½ tsp
- All purpose flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
Recipe
- Cut chicken into 8 pieces.
- After cleaning chicken pieces, cook for ten minutes till cooked through and turn off the heat.
- Now add ingredients under spices and mix well.
- Dip chicken in batter and roll in seasoning flour.
- Then deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and take out on paper towel.
- Serve hot.
