Chicken Sholay Kabab

Ingredients

  1. Boneless chicken ½ kg (cubes)
  2. Meat tenderizer 1 tsp (heaped)
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp (heaped)
  4. Yogurt 1 cup
  5. Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  6. Green chili 1 tsp (ground)
  7. Cream 1 tbsp
  8. Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp (heaped)
  9. Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  10. Red chillies 1 tsp
  11. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  12. Salt 1/2 tsp
  13. Beaten eggs 2 tbsp
  14. Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  15. Wooden skewers (As much you needed)

Recipe

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the given ingredients except cheddar cheese for 30 minutes.
  2. Put chicken on wooden skewers. Place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Pour the remaining marination on top. Bake on 180 degrees until done about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and re bake until cheese melts.
  5. Serve hot.
