Ingredients
- Beef ½ kg cut in (1 inch cubes, boneless)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Water 2 cups
- Eggs 2 (beaten)
- Bread crumbs as required
Recipe
- Boil beef with salt, chili powder, turmeric, all spice, vinegar and 2 cups water till beef tender, remove and cool.
- Put beef on wooden skewers.
- Dip skewers in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs, then fry until light golden.
- Serve hot.
