Tawa Keema

Ingredients

  1. Keema 1 kg
  2. Tomatoes 4 medium sized
  3. Green chillies 4-5 finely chopped
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Red Chillies 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  7. Onions 5 large
  8. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  10. Oil if needed
  11. All spices powder (garam masala) 1 tbsp
  12. Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch

Recipe

  1. Get a pan, add the mince, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cumin and coriander seeds, salt, red chilli and turmeric powder. Add 3 to 4 glasses of water and mix. Cover the pan and let it cook on high flame, once it comes to a boil, reduce the flame and cook on medium till water dries completely.
  2. Scrape the mince with a spatula and mix it properly.
  3. Once the water completely dries, and the oil comes to the surface (You can add more oil if needed), add fresh coriander and all spices powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
