Tawa Keema
Ingredients
- Keema 1 kg
- Tomatoes 4 medium sized
- Green chillies 4-5 finely chopped
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chillies 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Onions 5 large
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil if needed
- All spices powder (garam masala) 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Recipe
- Get a pan, add the mince, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cumin and coriander seeds, salt, red chilli and turmeric powder. Add 3 to 4 glasses of water and mix. Cover the pan and let it cook on high flame, once it comes to a boil, reduce the flame and cook on medium till water dries completely.
- Scrape the mince with a spatula and mix it properly.
- Once the water completely dries, and the oil comes to the surface (You can add more oil if needed), add fresh coriander and all spices powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
