Crispy Chicken Balls

Ingredients

    For Boiling:
  1. Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  4. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  5. Water 1 cup
  6. Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
    For Mixing:
  1. Bread slices 3
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  4. Green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Egg 1
    For Coating:
  1. Dry bread crumbs 1 & 1/2 cup
  2. Egg 1
    For Frying:
  1. Oil

Recipe

  1. In a pan add all ingredients under boiling, cook the chicken till all water dries.
  2. Shred the chicken.
  3. Add milk in the bread and mix well, mash it well.
  4. Now add the mashed bread in the cooked chicken and coriander leaves, green chilli, egg, salt mix very well.
  5. Beat the egg.
  6. Heat oil.
  7. Make balls, size of a golf ball.
  8. Roll balls in egg then in bread crumbs.
  9. Deep fry till golden on medium flame.
  10. Serve hot.
