Crispy Chicken Balls
Ingredients
For Boiling:
- Chicken breast 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
For Mixing:
- Bread slices 3
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
- Green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
For Coating:
- Dry bread crumbs 1 & 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
For Frying:
- Oil
Recipe
- In a pan add all ingredients under boiling, cook the chicken till all water dries.
- Shred the chicken.
- Add milk in the bread and mix well, mash it well.
- Now add the mashed bread in the cooked chicken and coriander leaves, green chilli, egg, salt mix very well.
- Beat the egg.
- Heat oil.
- Make balls, size of a golf ball.
- Roll balls in egg then in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry till golden on medium flame.
- Serve hot.
