Nawabi Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken 1kg (cut in 12 or 16 pieces)
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbs (heaped)
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)
- Coal 1 piece
- Fraesh coriander 3 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Recipe
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mix cover and keep aside for 1 hour (leave the oil, coal & fresh coriander).
- Heat oil add the marinated chicken cook on high flame for 1 minute, wait for a boil on high flame then cook on medium flame covered till the oil comes on surface.
- Now add the fresh coriander and mix well.
- Heat the coal.
- Place a foil add the hot coal, oil 1/2 tsp, cover till the smoke settles.
- Serve hot.
