Fried Chicken
Ingredients
For Marination:
- Chicken breast 1/2 kg (cut in 1 inch piece)
- White vinegar 1tbs
- Ginger & garlic paste 1tsp
- Egg 1
- Dry roasted and crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Dry roasted and crushed coriander seeds 1tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
- Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Hoision sauce 1 tbs
- Chilli garlic sauce 1tbs
- Gram flour 3tbs
- Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
For Coating:
- Fresh bread crumbs 4 slices (crumbled)
- Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
Recipe
- Marinate the chicken all the ingredients listed under marination mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Mix the bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
- Roll each piece of chicken in the bread crumb mixture, and press on with your palm to flatten it.
- Fry the chicken pieces on medium flame till golden and place them on a paper towel to drain extra oil.
- Serve hot.
