Chicken Omelet
- Chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
- Salt (As much you like)
- Black Pepper (As much you like)
- Green Chilli 1 (chopped)
- Red Chillies (A pinch)
- Eggs 2
- Tomato 1 (cut into small pieces)
Recipe
- Marinate chicken with half salt and half black pepper for 10 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken and keep aside
- Now scramble eggs add salt, black pepper, green chilli and red chilies mix well
- Heat oil in a pan and put eggs on it then put chicken and tomato on it
- Change side
- When both sides are cooked
- Serve hot with parathas
