For Marination
- Chicken breast 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Musturd powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs as required
For Batter
- Purpose flour 1/4 cup
- Eggs 2
Milk 1/2 cup
- Water as needed
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe
- Cut chicken breast in 2 inch long pieces.
- Add salt, black pepper, musturd powder and leave marination for an hour and keep aside.
- For Batter: Take a bowl add purpose flour, eggs, corn flour, backing powder, milk, oil, salt, black pepper and water.
- Now dip marinated chicken in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with french fries and ketchup.
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken cubes 250 gm
- Carrots half cup
- Green onions 2
- Raisins (Kishmish) 1/4 cup
- Walnuts (Akhrot) 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts (Kaju) 1/4 cup
- Almonds (Badam) 12
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- White pepper (Safaid mirch) 1 tbsp
- Black pepper (Kali mirch) 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Recipe
- Boil the rice completely.
Heat oil in a 1/4 cup pan.
- Add chicken cubes, salt, white pepper, black pepper, raisins, almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, carrots, green onions and sugar.
- Cook untill chicken is cooked.
- Then add boiled rice and mix well.
- Serve hot.
- Rice 250 grams (soaked)
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- All spice 1 tbsp (whole)
- Salt 2 tsp
- Water as required
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion 1 (sliced)
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Mint 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Recipe
- Boil rice with Sabet garam masala, 1 tsp salt and water.
- Now heat oil in pan, add onion and fry till color becomes golden brown.
- Then add chicken mince, 1 tsp salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and ginger garlic paste, cook for five minutes.
- Now add yogurt and Garam masala powder and mix well.
- Then add boiled rice, mix well and leave on steam for a while.
- Finally sprinkle onion, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves and serve.
