Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Boiled rice 1 ½ cup
- Eggs 3-4
- Finely chopped capsicum 1
- Finely chopped carrots 1
- Crushed black pepper 1/2tsp
- Peas 1/2 cup (Boiled) (Optional)
- Chicken cubes 2
- Soya sauce 2tbsp
- Oil 2-3tbsp
- Salt as required
Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped capsicum, carrots, crushed black pepper, salt, chicken cubes and eggs.
- Mix well until egg cooked.
- Add the boiled rice along with small amount of water, cover the pan and reduce the flame to simmer rice.
- After 5 minutes dish out.
- Serve hot.
