Quick Kulfa

  1. Double cream 2 cups 
  2. Condensed milk 397g can 
  3. Bread slices 2 
  4. Milk 1/2 cup 
  5. Rose water 1 tbsp 
  6. Greeen cardamom powder 1/2 tsp 
  7. Almonds 10 (crushed) 
  8. Pistachio 10 (crushed)

Recipe

  1. Soak bread in milk. 
  2. In a blender add soaked bread, cream, condensed milk, rose water, cardamom powder and blend till smooth. 
  3. Sprinkle a little crushed almonds, pistachios in a tin loaf and the remaining nuts in the mixture mix it and add the mixture in the tin. 
  4. Cover the tin and freeze for 5 hours. 
  5. Then take out from the freezer and place it in warm water for 30 seconds, remove it from the tin. 
  6. Serve and enjoy.
