Quick Kulfa
- Double cream 2 cups
- Condensed milk 397g can
- Bread slices 2
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Rose water 1 tbsp
- Greeen cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Almonds 10 (crushed)
- Pistachio 10 (crushed)
Recipe
- Soak bread in milk.
- In a blender add soaked bread, cream, condensed milk, rose water, cardamom powder and blend till smooth.
- Sprinkle a little crushed almonds, pistachios in a tin loaf and the remaining nuts in the mixture mix it and add the mixture in the tin.
- Cover the tin and freeze for 5 hours.
- Then take out from the freezer and place it in warm water for 30 seconds, remove it from the tin.
- Serve and enjoy.
