Omelet

Simple Omelet

  1. Eggs 2 
  2. Black pepper 1 tsp 
  3. Capsicum, chopped 1 1/2 
  4. Green onions, chopped 1–2 
  5. Green chillies, chopped 2–3 
  6. Coriander leaves, chopped 
  7. Salt to taste 
  8. Oil for frying

Recipe

  1. Beat eggs, add vegetables, salt and pepper and mix well. 
  2. Heat oil in a frying-pan, add the egg mixture and cook slowly. 
  3. Lift with spatula and turn over to cook the other side. 
  4. Fold and serve hot.

Italian Cheese Omelet

  1.  Onion choppped 1
  2. Milk 1 tbsp
  3. Tomato, chopped 1
  4. Potato, boiled and cut into cubes 1
  5. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Eggs 2
  8. Green chillies 2–3
  9. Cheese slices 1–2
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions and add vegetables.
  2. Fry till tender.
  3. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper and milk.
  4. Pour the egg mixture in a pan containing vegetables and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chopped cheese slices on the omelet and cook for two minutes.
  6. Turn over to cook the other side.
  7. Fold and serve hot.

Chinese Omelet

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper 1 tsp
  5. Green onions, chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying

Recipe

  1. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, soya sauce, green onions and capsicum.
  2. Heat oil in a frying-pan, add the egg mixture and cook slowly.
  3. As the omelette cooks, turn over to cook the other side.
  4. Serve hot.

Chicken Omelet

  1. Chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
  2. Salt (As much you like)
  3. Black Pepper (As much you like)
  4. Green Chilli 1 (chopped)
  5. Red Chillies (A pinch)
  6. Eggs 2
  7. Tomato 1 (cut into small pieces)

Recipe

  1. Marinate chicken with half salt and half black pepper for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken and keep aside
  3. Now scramble eggs add salt, black pepper, green chilli and red chilies mix well
  4. Heat oil in a pan and put eggs on it then put chicken and tomato on it
  5. Change side
  6. When both sides are cooked
  7. Serve hot with parathas
