- Undercut ½ kg (cut into 1 inch cubes)
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion ½ cup (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp leveled
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Recipe
- Heat oil add onion, fry till transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste with undercut and fry well.
- Add all the above ingredients and sauces, fry well.
- Add half cup water for gravy, cook until done.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
