Chicken Jalfrezi

  1. Chicken ½ kg (made into thick strips)
  2. Oil ¼ cup Onion 2 (medium cut into thick slices) 
  3. Ginger 2 tbsp (cut into strips) 
  4. Chili powder 1 tbsp heaped 
  5. Turmeric ¼ tsp 
  6. Black pepper ½ tsp 
  7. Allspice ¼ tsp 
  8. Mustard powder ½ tsp 
  9. Salt ¾ tsp 
  10. Soya sauce 1 tbsp 
  11. Ketchup ¼ cups 
  12. DP sauce 1 tsp 
  13. Tomatoes 2 (chopped into cubes) 
  14. Capsicum 1 (cut into strips) 
  15. Green chilies 3 (cut into strips) 
  16. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)

Recipe

  1. Heat oil add onion in a wok, fry for 1 minute. 
  2. Add ginger with chicken strips and fry for 5 minutes. 
  3. Add chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, allspice, mustard powder, salt, soya sauce, ketchup, dp sauce with ½ cup water. 
  4. Add cubes of tomato, capsicum, green chilies and coriander leaves. 
  5. Chicken jalfrezi is ready. 
  6. Serve with naan.
