Chicken Boti Masala
- Chicken breast 1 kg (cut in 1 inch)
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Green chilli 3 (crushed)
- Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
- Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Fresh ginger 1/2 inch (sliced)
- Green chilli 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander 1/4 cup
Recipe
- In a pan add the chicken, tikka masala, ginger & garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli, crushed green chilli, lemon juice, yogurt, water 1 cup mix well and wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked and no water is left.
- Now add the oil and cook till the oil comes on the surface, on high flame.
- Add the fresh coriander, ginger mix well.
- Garnish it with remaining ginger, green chilli.
- Serve with paratha.
