Chicken Boti Masala

  1. Chicken breast 1 kg (cut in 1 inch) 
  2. Yogurt 1 cup 
  3. Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp 
  4. Green chilli 3 (crushed) 
  5. Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp 
  6. Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp 
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp 
  8. Lemon juice 2 tbsp 
  9. Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp 
  10. Fresh ginger 1/2 inch (sliced) 
  11. Green chilli 2 
  12. Oil 1/2 cup 
  13. Fresh coriander 1/4 cup

Recipe

  1. In a pan add the chicken, tikka masala, ginger & garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli, crushed green chilli, lemon juice, yogurt, water 1 cup mix well and wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked and no water is left. 
  2. Now add the oil and cook till the oil comes on the surface, on high flame. 
  3. Add the fresh coriander, ginger mix well. 
  4. Garnish it with remaining ginger, green chilli. 
  5. Serve with paratha.
