- Tomatoes 2 kg
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Sugar 250 grams
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red color ½ tsp
Recipe
- Chop tomatoes in big cubes, boil without water for 30 minutes.
- Then blend and strain puree with a fine sieve.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached.
