Tomato Ketchup

  1. Tomatoes 2 kg
  2. Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  3. Sugar 250 grams
  4. Vinegar ½ cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Red color ½ tsp

Recipe

  1. Chop tomatoes in big cubes, boil without water for 30 minutes.
  2. Then blend and strain puree with a fine sieve.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached.
  4. Cool, fill in sterilized bottle.
