Spicy Fish
- Fish 8 pieces (boneless)
- Egg 1
- Milk 1 cup
- Whole wheat flour 2 cups
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Oil 6 cup
Recipe
- Clean fish pieces thoroughly, whip egg and milk in a bowl.
- Mix flour, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, red chilies, garlic powder and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Heat oil in a wok, coat fish pieces first with egg mixture and then flour.
- Fry till golden and remove on absorbent paper.
