Spicy Fish

  1. Fish 8 pieces (boneless) 
  2. Egg 1 
  3. Milk 1 cup 
  4. Whole wheat flour 2 cups 
  5. Salt 1 ½ tsp 
  6. Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp 
  7. Lemon juice 4 tsp 
  8. Red chili powder 1 tsp 
  9. Garlic powder 1 tsp 
  10. Baking powder ½ tsp 
  11. Oil 6 cup

Recipe

  1. Clean fish pieces thoroughly, whip egg and milk in a bowl. 
  2. Mix flour, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, red chilies, garlic powder and baking powder in a separate bowl. 
  3. Heat oil in a wok, coat fish pieces first with egg mixture and then flour. 
  4. Fry till golden and remove on absorbent paper.
