Simple Chicken Wings
- Chicken wings or drumettes 20
- Plain flour 3/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Hot sauce 3/4 cup
- Unsalted butter 3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Recipe
- Soak the wings in water and salt 1 tbsp for 1 hour and then drain the water.
- In a bowl mix plain flour, salt, black pepper.
- Roll the wings in it and shake off excess flour and place on a plate.
- Heat oil on high flame till hot.
- Place the wings it the hot oil and fry till golden.
- Take them out and place it on paper towel.
- In a pan add butter, and hot sauce mix well and add the fried wings, coat well.
- Serve hot.
