Simple Chicken Wings

  1. Chicken wings or drumettes 20
  2. Plain flour 3/4 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  5. Hot sauce 3/4 cup
  6. Unsalted butter 3 tbsp
  7. Oil for frying

Recipe

  1. Soak the wings in water and salt 1 tbsp for 1 hour and then drain the water.
  2. In a bowl mix plain flour,  salt, black pepper.
  3. Roll the wings in it and shake off excess flour and place on a plate.
  4. Heat oil on high flame till hot.
  5. Place the wings it the hot oil and fry till golden.
  6. Take them out and place it on paper towel.
  7. In a pan add butter, and hot sauce mix well and add the fried wings, coat well.
  8. Serve hot.
