Irani Raita

  1. Yogurt (whisked) 2 cup
  2. Cucumbers (chopped deseeded) 4
  3. Honey 1-1/2 tbsp
  4. Walnuts (chopped) 5-6
  5. Raisins (chopped) 7-8
  6. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Recipe

  1. In large bowl combine chopped cucumbers, yogurt, honey, walnuts, raisins, cumin powder, salt to taste and half of coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Garnish with remaining coriander leaves.
  3. Serve chilled as an accompaniment to biryani.
